    Hello orangemonkey,
Failing their giving any further details(hmmm, wonder why? :rotfl: )I've sent photocopies and full details to the Customer Service section at Dublin Airport, carefully marking the envelope 'NOT A COMPLAINT', as there is no other address which seems remotely appropriate.
Shall let you know what transpires.

Thanks so much :) Will be going on a trip at the end of the month and will love to make a claim.

I also did a quick trip to Dub. a fortnight ago - so my claim concerns that journey and the 5 as yet untaken, on the basis that the money has already been taken. The £36 involved is a big sum for me.

Can you not just ring them and get them to put it back on the card used for the original booking?? (It's either an 0871 number or an international Dublin number with no alternatives 'tho, so make sure you call from work!)

Hearing Martin speak on R4 about SayNoTo0870 was my introduction to his splendid site.
I do not use 0870 numbers.
Apart from this, I have posting and hard copy proofs of what I've written.

  • I think the Visa Electron payment option is just a scam. The Ryanair web site will not accept my card, which I went out specially to buy! I object to paying over £10 for 5 'free' flights.

Why not book with BA then, and offer them £10 for 5 flights? I'd love to hear their response! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
