I've managed to get a return flight from Derry to East Midlands for 2p AND it was over the school holiday week as well !!!
There seemed to be lots of available dates and it went through no problem ( grand total of £18.02 by the time I had paid for a suitcase which I think is a complete bargain )

On the subject of card handling fees I took advantage of this offer several times last year and the fee was never taken from my card so heres hoping it's the same this year.

I am trying to book a return flight since midday and it always appeared with £40 of taxes. Called CS and they say that that is because there are no more 1p flight available for that trip. I have checked several dates and all of them add the £40 taxes. So basically they are lying! They are so stupid!!!

Do you guys think that I should make a complaint to trading standards or something similar?
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!

It did tell me at the time.when i used a maestro card the second time it accepted it,and the email shows i wasnt charged at all there.both cards are linked to the same account, its the same bank.Has everyone been charged different amounts?

Hi I found flights from Glasgow to Stansted on a Thursday (13 /3 ) - return same day .. but it added £10 each way for aiport tax. I re-tried this on the day before which is a Wednesday and that also added £10 each way. Seems a bit hit and miss to me!

Edited - ignore my ramblings I am a numpty - the offer period is from 1st of April, i was looking too early .. so actually they are doing 01p flights before then if you pay a little tax. 20.02 for return to London ( well Stansted )isn't bad.
