Changing T-Mobile contract after 6 months
Comments
-
I jst phoned T-Mobile to downgrade my contract from Flext35 to Flext 20 and was told that I couldn't do this until the 11th month of my 12 month contract. I am currently in my 8th month. I mean, who would want to downgrade their contract when they only have one month left anyway??

Does your bill say on the back you can change after 6 months? If it does, call them up and point this out... they will give in. Tell them you're going by what you have in writing and there is nothing in your Ts & Cs to say otherwise. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
