just to warn everyone i am having a nightmare with this they charged £25.50 instead of £7 on friday so i phoned today and they were supposed to refund £18.50 but instead they credited £15 to an account with them so i have just phoned again and told them i want the full £25.50 back and the order cancelled and they say it will take 5-7 working days for my refund so beware anybody who does this as i will never order from them again

I order fairly early on after OP put this on the board and am still waiting (im)patiently;)

double check your refunds....when the process that offer, they always issue 2 refunds...one for the discount,, which was £15...the 2nd for the delivery which was 3.50 - the process was likely automatic so unlikely to be messed up, however your bank/credit card may not reflect that immediately as they take a few days to receive the full information

they said the code hadnt gone through and wasnt showing on my account even though i had printed off confirmation for it
the £15 refund onto my account was put on after first phonecall as the bloke on the phone had done it and there was definitly no refund going to my account on their systems so was messed up somewhere along the lines

Bit of a random choise of books though - scooby doo and zombie island!?! strange for a little girls pink Leappad! My daughter is 3 and a half so I think the scooby doo's will be on ebay soon and I can use the money to buy the Disney Princess book instead. Finding Nemoshould be good though.
