Depending on the bank you use it may not show until approx 4 days after refund is processed. I placed an order and my account is only showing the full price pending and no refund. All card refunds on my account take a few days to show and my bank account has no details of it until it clears.
Its a bit odd to bill the full amount when you place an order, if for example you ordered something for the value of £30 plus delivery the total would be around £34, but the code knocks the order down to £15 ish. If they charge the full amount and then refund you the banks processing times could mean that if you didnt have £34 cleared funds available when the debit clears the account you could be liable to bank charges.0 -
