  • Warning. I ordered two, different surnames and email addresses but same delivery address. Unfortunately I only got one £18.50 refund actually in my bank. When I went to additions/my account/statements I found there had originally been two £18.50 refunds, but one had been taken back!!!

I dont know whether to send one back or not. Although the youngest is only 2, when she sees her 5 year old brother with one there will be an argument. Maybe its worth the extra to keep the peace at Easter.
  • Just ordered mine will be delivered on Tuesday, fantastic, many thanks

Just received my order, the packing note has full price on, has everyone else had this????

My bank always takes longer to show refunds but I'm getting worried now that I'm paying full price.

edit Just checked and my order online says I've been refunded so must be ok. Will keep an eye on bank statement.
  • Still no blue boo hoo. I really want one foe my sons bday in april. Hope they don't take the voucher code back of peeps as they have suddenly have had lots of orders and feel they are losing money and charge you back months down the line like littlewoods did in the summer.
