when I ordered it they took the full price from the bank of £23.50 and then refunded the £18.50 discount the same day - infact the refund went out first! HTH

the same thing happened to me when I ordered a mobile a few weeks ago from marshall ward , the refund came through the day before the phone was delivered

I would advise everyone to keep an eye on their accounts. Ive just signed in and checked mine under track your order option. Despite the fact I ordered two under different email addresses and surnames, it has put both orders on one (previous) account. No discount shows on the order tracking thingy, just the full price plus delivery. Nothing has comeout of my bank or been credited either.

So watch out, you know what the Littlewoods group are like!

Rather than going into track order go into either statements which for me shows the discount or account status and check the balance. It has put my item on a previous account too.

I didn't open an accout I paid by debit card, and both the 2 I ordered have been delivered correctly priced.

Hi hope you dont mind me asking...you say you ordered 2..does that mean you used the discount code twice? If so was it in different names/emails/addresses?

Checked mine tonite and it is showing the discount ok - but I am new customer so maybe thats why. Delivery is due tomorrow.

hi I ordered one in my name to home address, and one in my maiden name with different e-mail address to be delivered to mum's house. HTH
