:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Ms Fresian, I think I love you!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Planning on turning my spare room into my Ebay room, and I'm going to pay to redecorate the room with my profits.
Not a single item of toiletries in goodness only knows how long hasn't been on BOGOF or three for two.
Going to Tesco last night with my friend and although she's good at this MSE lark I kept saying "That's 20p cheaper in Morrisons"
Getting out of work early and going to Morrisons to get 75p milk (2 litres) as our corner shop charges £1.30.
Being thrilled when a friend bought me this from my Amazon list for Christmas, meaning I can take my lunch into work in style
Helping my friend sort out her debts (She's 19 and will hopefully be free of credit card and overdraft in the next six months), persuading her to confide in her dad and sending her links to lots of places MSE has shown me, allowing her to save over £100 on one website for her Christmas shopping. Her dad thinks I'm a legend as apparently whenever she's buying something expensive she now checks with me first :rotfl: I was a daft as her when I was 19 and at 29 I'm only getting my erse in gear now, so I'm really proud of her :T
Checking price per 100g on items in the supermarket to see if the "deals" are really worth it (Even checked price per 100 sheets when buying my loo roll last night)
Waiting until Mr Fresian's back is turned then adding a handful of porridge oats to the bolognaise/chilliHe's never questioned why we have oats when I hate the stuff as breakfast :rotfl:
Again, I'm scaring myself...

You know you are MSE when you ruthlessly cut rellies out of Christmas list- because they don't appreciate the bargainous pressies that are worth more than money *sigh* Their loss, mine and some lucky nephew's gain...

I want one of those lunchboxes nowBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

When you're sat reading this thread, laughing and nodding your head in agreement.

Whenever you make a mobile phone call you let it ring once and then terminate your call - they'll always ring you back.
You hold a dinner party and you have filled up your empty Chivers Regal bottle with the cheapest whiskey you could find and nobody notices. This can go for anything actually. Simply save or collect the containers from expensive items and fill them up with cheap substitutes nobody notices nor does anyone think you are a cheapskate.
You don't buy expensive address books. You simply take a telephone directory and cross out all the names of the people you don't know.
Your favourite authors are Amy Dacyczyn and Jeff Yeagar.
You haven't set foot in a shopping Mall for over a year.
You think 5 pound is expensie for a t-shirt.0
