Yes - I'm in Wales, I'm working in Caerphilly today and the weathers BEAUTIFUL (god knows we've waited long enough for it!).
When I'm not in work my `hotel' is near Pontypridd (well the house feels like a hotel because having three jobs on the go, I only eat, sleep and wash there, it certainly feels like it lol).:rotfl:

This is so true
as is adding soya mince to everything
having 'several' piggie banks
Phone charger at work (always!)
Its a close call between 'internet banking' or small things thread every morning
People at work give you 'all' their padded envelopes
You only go shopping after 8pm and start looking at reduced items saying, NO thats too expensive if its only reduced by half
Quidco yup
You resent having to spend on anyting you can't get quidco back for
If someone gives you a tesco's voucher you ONLY buy BOGOFF's and offers to make it stretch EVEN FURTHER
The children never chuck out a vegetable knowing it will turn into pasta surprise sauce or soup
You put face clothes by the sink in the bathroom to save washing hand towels (it really works!), always have watered down liquid soap which is filled from bubble bath
Automatically squish your toilet rolls ot make them stop whizzing off the loo roll holder
Tell the dog to get over the food as it was on BOGOFF and you have 3 more boxes to use up!
And wear 16 jumpers and a woolly hat after 9pm under a blanket rather than put the heating on any longer than 8pm:rotfl:
And of course you see your debts going downand spend most days talking to people you''ve never met and seem the kindest souls in the world and feeling as if you are actually not alone and achieving something
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

lovey post fay!
Thought of another one!
as you (or rather I!) flog pretty much everything as long as it has no sentimental value (and sometimes goes in if it has some but not much sentiment!) you come to, finally, realise that its not things in life that count but the love, support and friendship of your family and friends that adds intrinsic value to your life and makes it worth living...while I wish I had discovered this about 9 years ago (when my spending began in earnest) I also think that the value is in the learning of the lesson ...and being honest cannot regret a couple of fab holidays that I had with some of the money - not for where I was but for the memories that came with it...shared by people that I love and are precious - esp since my lovely granny has gone to the garden in the sky!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! That really was lovely post fay, it's really cheered me up!
I've thought of another one too - being excited at the thought of payday, not because you can go and spend money but because you can update your signature on here with your new totals!LBM 17th August 2009 Debt at LBM £18,612 Proud to be dealing with my debts.0 -
When you tell your husband that you've tidied his cereal mess up, and have looked at the odd bits left and he says....
