  • Quentin you are out of order, We all know what this site is about, and more importantly than saving money it's about empathy, understanding and support.

IMO inmemory must have tormented if or not he would add his comments, he/she did............and fair play to um, he/she said nothing that should have evoked the sort of responce you delivered, I am tempted to open my mouth further, but I wont.....................If your expetise is finacial affairs I suggest you stick to commenting on such matters.

imem.....................my heart goes out to you, as I'm sure all others reading your contribution will feel for you...............Quentin will see his comments were wrong..........dont be too hard on him.

I have already expressed my sympathy.

The first post from inmemoryofmychild calling the OP an idiot was the one out of order!

If inmemoryofmychild had read the thread he/she would have seen how the live4therush did accept the consequences of driving with bald tyres.

But it doesn't mean he shouldn't post here to get advice on whether his insurers were correct or not. In fact we now know his insurer's immediate response was subsequently reversed.

Nothing at all to do with getting away with breaking the law, which inmemoryofmychild majors on.
  • "How am I "disrespecting your son's life". In any case, your board name seems to achieve that"

How dare you write this.....what are you thinking of?

"The first post from inmemoryofmychild calling the OP an idiot was the one out of order"

OP has put his hands up and fair play, but I doubt he would sit on your side of the fence.

"Nothing at all to do with getting away with breaking the law, which inmemoryofmychild majors on".

If it was about opinions I would except your opinion, but it isn't.

    Your attitude stinks mate............end of

You wrongly post that this forum is more for "empathy, understanding and support" than saving money.

Quite wrong. But you are entitled to post your opinion if that is what you feel without anyone replying things like "your attitude stinks".

Unless you are deliberately wanting to cause trouble.
  • Quentine..........Cause trouble ...........err...I woul'd think you are worth it?...........................

Just sit there and look daft................

Do you know what empathy means............without googling the word?...I doubt it

    Thank you and goodnight.

    Dear Pete,
Thanks for sticking up for me! I obviously feel very strongly about this, but I also believe that if the law was upheld more in this country then perhaps people would be more responsible, if they knew for sure the consequences.
It is, and always will be frustrating.
Thankyou again, at least someone can see where I'm comming from.
    Kind Regards

This thread is not about getting out of breaking the law!

I feel for your loss - but wonder how your posts here help?

I dont quite understand what you mean, that my board name is disrespecting my son life, all I can say is that my heart has been ripped out.
As for your my comment calling livefortherush an idiot,if you read his original post, he had an mot in November where he was advised about his tyres, the accident occurred in February, and he incidentally said feel free to flame me, so I have, it doesnt take much common sense when your told your tyres are comming close to being illegal, a responsible driver would sort it, and he obviously didnt check them as they were illegal 3 months later when the accident occurred.

Im sorry if you think Im ranting and being rude, that is not my intention, but if you drive on the road with illegal tyres you are breaking the law, and for that you need to face the consequences, then perhaps everyone would sit up and take notice, abide by the law, and this country would perhaps be in a better state.

I truly hope that you never have to suffer the flip side of this.

I am not sure what you hope to achieve by prolonging this exchange (and wonder why you didn't do so yesterday when you posted regarding the support you had from the other rude poster).

I have already expressed my sympathy to you over the tragedy, and pointed out where I was coming from (the right for the OP to ask for advice in this forum).

I don't really want to continue the exchange as it is off topic, somewhat irrelevant and clearly very personal (and despite what your "supporter" says, this forum is primarily for moneysaving).
  • ignore him inmem................

This forum is "primarily for moneysaving), say's who?, my thought is it's debate about insurance issues, and in anycase you'll know nowt about that either

You have no idea about what this board is about, and my guess is he has no idea about anything much in life...............as for money saving idea's.........you will be no good at that either.....

Quent why cant you just sit still, keep it shut, and look daft...........your good at that

You are however entitled to your opinion (just), and in your opinion you colours show.

Please feel free to move on.

    @ inmemoryofmychild

I trust you can see from the above inflammatory (and unnecessary) post why this exchange ought to end!
