Ive also come up with the idea of using glass jars and filling them with cotton wool balls and making similar type of labels to the ones I do on the bubble bath0

Good idea. We had a wine glass (just the one)as a free gift with something and I thought I could use that for something along the 'bath' line but not certain what.Mary

It might look nice with a few cotton wool balls with bath pearls mixed in Mary..........IF you could get gold pearls and yeallow cotton wool balls, it could look like champagne bubbles in the glassHonorary Northern Bird bestowed by AnselmI'm a Board Guide and volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly on Special Occasions, Green/Ethical, Motoring/Overseas/UK Travel & Flood boards, it's not part of my role to deal with reportable posts. Thanks savvy - I did wonder about bath pearls but then thought they might spill out but maybe the cotton wool would hold them in.Mary

I have collected a fair few wine bottles in the hope that I would think of something to do with them... which I haven't really
Any ideas what I could use them for? Is it possible to etch wine bottles?

I saw one project where these were cut in half with a glass cutter and the bottom section smoothed off and then painted to create tea light holders???

I saw some in a shop which had been painted with flowers and vines. Another one which was a dark colour had the word Bling! across it in diamantes and was to be used for table water, it looked lovely0

If you make some homemade wine you could put wine in them!0
