HI, all! This is becoming a bit of an obsession, but I really want another (two!!) P&P £20 giftsets.

Has anyone seen them in Gloucester or in the Bristol Eastgate store? I thought I might end up getting them on-line (but only being able to get 1 GWP) but now I can't find them on the website - not even to find that they're "out of stock"!

    Can anyone help, please?

    TIA!

I don't think the pink voucher is going through as it's a gift set you are buying not individual items, despite them all being skincare. Can't see a problem with the PC voucher or getting the GWP though.

I'm sure someone who has tried it will drop in to correct this but failing that just give it a try but expect to maybe have to pay another £5 BUT get another pink voucher back as over £10 spend.

I got P&P gift box and GWP, PC voucher didn't work but pink one did! Sorry just noticed same reply above.

They are still on line - put "N07 Protect & Perfect Skin Collection" in the search box and they come up. However you dont get the GWP online for some reason - it doesnt add to the basket and its not mentioned. Didnt show on my order confirmation either but when you try the other other products it shows in the basket. Mustn't be available on the gift set.

Hi everyone just back from a reasonable shop in Woking and wanted to say there are no P+P sets there - lots of shiny posters with them on behind the tills and stickers over them saying sold out! Ah well, I managed to get one and the GWP a couple of weeks ago so that will be my mummys day pressie!

Had trouble with the sanctuary stuff - wanted to get the microdermabrasion polish and hand lotion but the GWP wouldn't go through free. Guy on the till asked me to show him where the offer was so showed him the signs and he firstly told me the 200ml hand lotion was a mini and when I said no way he then tried the well it has to be £10 on one product only and neither of those 2 are £10 on their own! rubbish! so told him to forget it and found another SA nearby who tried it on a different till and went through no problem - wouldn't take the £3 voucher from another GWP but I had lost the will to argue by then!

A few suntan bits reduced and also on BOGOF so got 2 of the kids sachets for £1.49 - no idea how much they are usually though as I added them in to make it over a 10 spend to get another voucher!!

Redeemed 3 of the £5 no 7 vouchers and got the glossy locks hair spritz, lip and eye screen and make up remover.

They had 4 more boxes of scar serum after I got mine - SEL is £5.99 but scans at £3.99 and got the 100 points from the ACM.

Also got a highlighter at long last! They had 2 more left on the shelf and I noticed a couple on the till itself as well.

So am fairly pleased with my shop although hubby still thinks I'm a Bootsaholic and keeps saying well if you're sure you really need all this stuff....

trouble is I have 4 more no 7 vouchers to use up so I'll just have to go back again! Does anyone know of any shops round the Woking area that have got the P+P sets in??? I really want another one and a GWP now!!!!

Aldershot had the P & P in stock, as soon as you walk in the door , although they have never had the highlighters.

  • Does anyone know if when you buy from the range of Sanctuary 'hardware' such as sponges, bodybrushes, exfoiliating mitts etc you can claim the GWP? I want to get the muslin cloths at £4.00 with some cleanser and wondered if the two added up to £10 or over whether I could claim the GWP.

Thanks to everyone who has posted their 'findings' I just love this thread!

Thanks Daisyflower, that's really helpful and much appreciated. Wonder why you don't get the GWP, perhaps I'll ring Customer Services. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Thanks a lot - I also tried Cribbs (Thursday) and Eastgate (or Eastville, whatever it's called - the one near IKEA on the M32!) on Tuesday - no luck in either! The No7 SA in Cribbs implied that they had had some at an earlier date, but she didn't know whether they'd be getting any more. Eastgate thought they'd get some at the end of the week (ie now) but I haven't been back to check - I've only ever been in that branch twice, and on my second visit the SA recognised me from the week before (when I'd bought a lot of stuff!) - eeek!

    Thanks again,
    Clare

I call the Boots bargains my Boots-therapy. There's nothing like a bit of shopping therapy to take your mind off less pleasant things. I've just finished 5 months of chemo and I still managed, on my good days, to make a few Boots trips. And as all my treatment is at Christie hospital in M'cr, we sail right past the Trafford Centre on our way there - oh so tempting! I've got three weeks of daily radiotherapy coming up so instead of feeling miserable about that, I'm thinking yay lots of trips to the Trafford Centre and hopefully some more Boots bargains!!!!!!!!!! So you lovely ladies (and gents?) on this thread are helping me lots by giving me something fun to think about (and then go and spend!!!!!). Thank you!!!

    Kippy xx

I do hope the radiotherapy goes ok for you. I had same diagnosis has yourself & same age. If you need to talk or ask anything then please PM. If they still ask you to use cream after each radiotherapy session etc do not use anything from the Simple range. I know a few patients who had a bad reaction to the cream and treatmet and it left some undesirable symptons.

Keep up the good work with the Bootsing this thread is lovely and does make me smile. Which is why I hate it when a disagreement may be brewing or the so called forum police (not meaning mods);) want to lay the law down and start whinging and complaining.

Good luck & take care love Ruby xxxx
