  • On a side note, i noticed, nay, deliberatly checked...this am when the No7 P&P serum was at £25 on boots.com, and there were only 2 for sale on eBay... There are now, naturally  , alot lot more c£50+!

Was obviously gonna happen, though they may as well buy it now directly from boots. Free postage plus Advantage points!
I do hope all you deserving bootsers get yours successfully, i'm sure you will! :T

I'd like to second that. We all like to get bargains etc. but you are absolutely right there are lots of things a lot more precious than baragin hunting. I would like to join you in wishing everyone well.

Also to thank everyone who contributes to this thread, it is because we all share the knowledge that we are able to take advantage of the bargains that are found.

Origins Skin Care Experts - currently half price on the website at £27.50 plus you get a free cream worth £11 - plus it works as part of the 3 premium products 1000pts promotion.

Has anybody ever tried these products?

Am thinking about a clinique system as have problem skin despite no longer being a teenager lol and they look good - i'm loathed to spend so much money without a recommendation though.

Are we allowed to bump posts :o The thread moves so quickly I think it got missed or maybe nobody uses either range. Any recommendations or bad sides to either of these two ranges?
  • Morning all. This isn't really boots but I know all you bargain hunters would like to know that amazon have a up to 75% sale on toys and games at mo and free delivery over £15. I ordered some yesterday and no probs and nothing out of stock unlike BOOTS! Go grab a bargain!!

Tesco Direct also have a 75% sale on toys and Argos has some good buys as well. I spent £36 on Tesco and got 11 toys and 1 gift inc hama beads, homersapian, lazy town board game (worth £20 alone) - definitely worth a look.

Now if only Boots did their own credit card where you could earn points elsewhere :rotfl:
  • Just a quick question - is anyone getting up early for the .com sale anymore? I think it is truly finished(just cards & odds) now and havent got up early for yonks.

No i haven't got up early for about a week and feel so much better!

It knocks me back when I read these stories, but it makes me thank my lucky stars, and realise that some things are more precious than a Boots 'bargain' ;) so thank you to all that have shared your stories and I wish you all well :) x

I call the Boots bargains my Boots-therapy. There's nothing like a bit of shopping therapy to take your mind off less pleasant things. I've just finished 5 months of chemo and I still managed, on my good days, to make a few Boots trips. And as all my treatment is at Christie hospital in M'cr, we sail right past the Trafford Centre on our way there - oh so tempting! I've got three weeks of daily radiotherapy coming up so instead of feeling miserable about that, I'm thinking yay lots of trips to the Trafford Centre and hopefully some more Boots bargains!!!!!!!!!! So you lovely ladies (and gents?) on this thread are helping me lots by giving me something fun to think about (and then go and spend!!!!!). Thank you!!!
