Evening everyone. I love reading this thread I may not post alot but take all your great advice on my shopping trips and thats what I'm after this evening. I have quite a few pink £5 No 7 vouchers and don't really want to spend any extra can anyone let me know what items work with them that are around £5 or just a bit over. I tried the electrical trimmer £4.99 today but it didn't work. TIA

most of the options you will find are around 10 pounds but there may be things others have found such as the wipes (6.50) or eye pencils although ive never tried this a lot of the facialn things are not overly expensive but the make up is!!!!

has antone tried more than one 5 pound voucher at a time? (that could be another option) but id advice checking .com 1st!!!

Scorpiokitten, I can't believe you got the S&G sets half price in Bury. I really want one of those and just happen to be going to Bury tomorrow. Did they have a lot left. Is Woodlands the Retail Park one (with Tesco??). I bloomin drove past there twice today as well to take DH to pick his car up from the Garage!! I take it they were not marked down on the shelf? We seem to frequent a lot of the same Boots - but you seem to get all the bargains!!!! LOL

Hi Jilly, yeah the one with Tesco's on, spot on :D
At least 15+ right as you go in on the right hand side straight in front of you. And yes, they are marked at full on shelf so i asked SA to do a scan and lo! One chuffties shopper! There's plenty there, so knock yourself out :p

We do frequent the same Boots don't we?! I try to make sure there's plenty left for fellow bootsers, even ask them to restock if things look low! lol. Although no Nivea Q10 night creams left though now...

Have a great day bootsing hun! x

PS Don't go to Bury store in the Millgate. Evil EVIL SA there!! Grrr
  • how much do they retail at?

    TIA

Found it 6.50 not bad with 250points

Only cost £1.50 as i used a £5 pink voucher aswell as got the points, so effectively they paid me £1 to take it away :D

  • Also, oxford street bootsers, any P&P sets there?
    TIA :D

There were some in the big Oxford St store on Mon/Tues, on a stand near No7. Lots and lots of pink GWP. If you get a set, I was successful upstairs with P&P/GWP/Highlighter/250pts and 5.00 pink voucher. The downstairs would only let me have P&P/GWP and 5.00 voucher, as they checked with No7 SA and said that the 250pts couldn't be counted as the P&P was a giftpack.

I'd like to second that. We all like to get bargains etc. but you are absolutely right there are lots of things a lot more precious than baragin hunting. I would like to join you in wishing everyone well.

Also to thank everyone who contributes to this thread, it is because we all share the knowledge that we are able to take advantage of the bargains that are found.

    Passion8, I have p'd you - again!!:D

Pm'd back ;) and thank you so much Dollardog, not only for the advice, but for the kind gesture. :)

I'd spend an extra 50p and buy something a little more 'substantial' ;)

Sam thanks for this tip of, went today and bagged myself 6 packs, I bought some the other week in the clearance section and think they are really nice.

Also thanks for pointing out that they were on the normal shelf ~ do you know where the reduced section has been moved to in Cheshire Oaks ? it was being geared up for sunglasses today , didn't have time to have a good look as had my daughter with me who proceeded to scrape/gouge at all the No7 make up at testers at her reaching level ~ much to the No7 SA's disgust who proceeded to smooth them all over !! so only had a quick look due to DD's minxy mood.

    Hi Amelia's Mummy!

Glad you mentioned to grab a few of these. To be honest I've never found a clearance section in Cheshire Oaks and it's not through lack of trying. I've looked everywhere but can't see any. I know Ellesmere Port have recently moved their clearance section though, it's near the back of the shop now at the far end of the baby aisle right on the end.

:rotfl: had to laugh about your DD though. I've got a very nearly 3 year old DD and a 14 months old DS so Bootsing sessions tend to be short when they're around.

    What do you suggest? ;)

Well I tend to give my stuff away as presents  lol, so I'd suggest the cleanser. It looks more expensive :rotfl: (Hope my mates aren't reading lol)

And on that note, i'm off. Night everyone :) x
