i think someone mentioned that they might take a pic of the scar serum and put it up.
just wondered if that was still possible.

planning to buy it,but havent a clue what to look for except a white box :)
    thanks so much

  • There's a piccy of the scar serum box in post 524. hth

Just looked again at the list of ingredients, it contains Medicago Sativa, commonly known as alfalfa.
Alfalfa is high in protein, calcium, plus other minerals, vitamin A, vitamins in the B group, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K.

I just wanted to thank whoever posted that you could buy a £10 mob top-up vchr and get the £5 pink vchr - plus of course the 40 points.

Think I've seen a pic on here somewhere already. I'll try and find it.
Edit: geordie_lass you beat me to it.

I will be going back to work soon on a phased return after an operation in November.
She just expects me back sooner and faster than I would like!
She also wants me to resume normal duties almost right away.
I have appt with Occupational health in a couple of weeks and they will set my hours for my phased return, but its awkward when your boss wants more.

I went through all this the last time (first operation failed) and Occ Health had to write a very strong letter when I was being forced to do far too much too soon.I was being emotionally blackmailed into doing things I wasn't happy doing, heavy equipment etc.

I may have to delay my return until I can cope with more hours/duties.

Anyway ,sorry to go on.............bet you wished you never asked:rotfl:

This site has kept me sane :T  :T

Plus if I go back that means less Bootsing............only joking.............I do need to go back to pay for the bootsing:rotfl:

Off for a bit of retail...............

Thats terrible. You can only do what your health allows you to do, if Occupation Health is backing you up your employer should respect this.

Your health comes first, job second. Does your boss not realise that if you are put in that position that you are much more likely to relapse and need further time off work. The word harassment springs to mind.

I know this is not Boots related but I really feel for you. Take care and dont let them get you down. :A :A

I have done a search for this but come up with nothing :)

I went into Boots today and their cotton wool and buds (and balls?) are on offer at 2 for £2. The big 500g roll of cotton wool is £3.15 on it's own - I got 2 and got a discount of £4.30 so it does work.

  • Does anyone have a spare highlighter voucher they are not going to use, as there are no mags left at my local Boots?

    Pretty please!!!!

My local Boots (Newbury Town) has it's Sanctuary Foot Scrub and Foot Care Sachet (with 3 little sachets in) reduced to 25p each. The assistant said that they were going to be thrown away :eek. They are still all well within use by dates.

Don't know if this is nationwide or not.
  • lots of mags left at my local store, pm me your address and i will send you a voucher

Just went to buy my sister's birthday pressie. No p and p sets so I ended up getting her the beauty serum and some normal day cream to take it over £20. Got to the till and SA scanned the £5 off voucher and said it would'nt work with the GWP so I said I would just have the GWP then. She handed me back my £5 voucher and another one, what I didn't tell her was that the till had taken the £5 off anyway, she just hadn't noticed!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: i Love it :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
