  • Sorry if this has already been posted but there were loads of Soap and Glory S/Showers gift boxes reduced to £7.50 bought 6 of these but left some for other bootsers! and stacks of accesorize hat boxes reduced to £9 at Durham Arniston Centre. There were quite a lot of that King of Shave products reduced to about £1.89 that another bootser had posted too.Bought 4 Fcuk Shave Gel Minis reduced to 88p each which went through on 3 for 2 wish Id realised otherwise Id have bought 2 more.

Manged to use the highlights voucher, mascara, gwp and £5 off voucher twice they had no problems going through the till but the two girls that work on there are lovely anyway and will try anything.

I even managed to get rid of 4 of those 250 points skincare vouchers these worked on
*No 7 After Shave Gel £6.00 used £5 voucher paid a £1 and got 250 points back
*No7 Mens Face Wash £6.00 used no 7 £5 voucher paid a £1 and got 250 points back
*No 7 eye make up remover was £6.50 used no 7 voucher paid £1.50 and got 250 points back, did this twice and had no problems at all using the voucher for these products.
  • the s &g boxes are still full price online

No it's not listed. What is it?

Don't know lol but when I was reading the list written out there seemed to be a space left for it near the bottom but the person hadn't typed anything in the space so I wondered if that was a typo or not.

    Thanks.

Will the expert Scar Serum even out or improve skin tone on the face? 17 has a product called Even Tone Corrector Cream. I wonder which one would be better?

Lady in front of me was refused to have the GWP and P&P set with the £5 voucher. She had to choose - either she could have the GWP or the £5 off. So I pointed out the magazine and she went and got a free highlighter :) which made me feel a bit better.

Loads of the old magazines still available in Oxford Retail Park.

That's exactly what happened to me, at one till in the store I was shopping in. I tried a different till (and different SA!!) and got the GWP and was "allowed" (ooh, thank you so much for letting me spend money in your store, Mr Boots!"!) to use the £5 voucher as well. So it's not just different stores that have different rules, it's different tills within the same store.
All makes for an interesting/stressful shopping experience, depending on how you look at it!!

Boots Soltan is now buy one get one free. In the clearance section in my local store they had dozens of bottles of Soltan reduced and when I bought 2 was only charged the reduced price for one, so 2 bottles of Soltan Once for £6.

I am off out for a bit retail therapy on a minimum spend soon. Feeling a bit low after a return to work discussion with my boss today.

I have a few pink £5 vouchers so will try some £6 mens stuff with the vouchers and pts vouchers if I am allowed.

Mind you ,thats rubbish retail therapy unless I get something for myself isn't it?

Its a pity Boots don't sell wine!

    OMG:eek:

I just added up all my Jan/Feb Boots receipts and then added on the .com order values. I have spent a total of £447.60 in Boots since the beginning of the January sale and the infamous High Lights mag voucher. Sounds worse than it is though cos I have practically sorted birthdays and Christmas for the year and I have a HUGE family (between DH and me we have 18 brothers and sisters, let alone our kids, nieces, nephews etc etc etc etc etc:rotfl:)

But I also calculated the points per pound average I have been getting and it is brilliant. I have a whopping £196.27 on my AC. At Christmas I had 80p left on it after Christmas shopping....so that means I have gained £195.47 in points since Christmas (mostly thanks to No. extra point vouchers from No 7 gift sets in the sale and the GWP...but also some fab extra point offers on .com....oh....and all the virtual babies my family have had for me!)

Based on my £447.60 spend that is a massive 43.67% points (or 43.67p for every £1 I spend in Boots). (Good job my DH doesn't read this thread:o)

I have to say though that things will definitely ease up once the mag voucher£5 pink voucher offer finishes because having scanned the new mag voucher list there is not anything there that will really make me want to spend, spend spend;)

Wow - that was brave of you to add up what you have spent. When I get my VISA bill I bet 2/3 of the entires will be for Boots - ooops! But your points tally is amazing - dunno how you did it but am sooo impressed! Well done!:T
