Yep have to agree - Jamie Oliver is deffo filing out a bit. Did you notice how sweaty he was in the 2nd half hour? Looked like he'd been digging all day in the hot sunshine. HOWEVER, did you notice how unenthusiastic (hope I spelled that right - 3/4 of bottle of red stuff down me neck on rare night off kinda alters typing ability! - sorry, back to the point I was making ahem, how unenthusiastic his gardener was when Jamie was chatting about gardening stuff. Since when did JO become a gardener!!!!!!! Never thought I'd hear him \telling me how to sow broad beans and peas in gulleys 7" apart! !!!!!!! His gardener must be well and truly kn*bbed off. 20+ years of gardneing for a chuffin chef to tell the nation how to sow beans!
Bluudy heck I'm\feeling completely pished! Cointreau anyone? Cooking sherry? sorry, all out of red stuff.

right this is my last post before bed.
Can you lot help me.
When there is a "Do something for yourself" task I just feel at a loss as to what to do. I think I have forgotten how to relax properly in the evening and ifI am not doing something that can be crossed off a list (even a menatal list) and adding to feelings of progress of doig things/completing things/tidying things/sorting things then I feel like I am wasting my time and thus it doesnt relax me. How can I get out of this mindset ?
Like a bath - total waste of time. Doing my nails - they are hideous and chapped and bitten and even if I do them they will get wrecked with all the wipes and washing hands etc tomorrow
Cross sticth - I do enjoy but if I'm honest I have aload to get done and they are to be crossed off a list too. Or does the fact I enjoy them as well make the list thing not matter ? Am I waffling too much ?
Forgot to say went to docs today to discuss upping dosage of tablets (anti-d's for PND). Anyway I do feel loads better than last week but she was great, am going to up dosage a bit. I told her I phoned last Tuesday a week ago for an appt and couldnt get one with her til today, she rolled her eyes and said "next time tell them its urgent and can they squeeze you in". I said "wekk if I say that they will offer me another doctor and I wanted to see you and then if I say no they will say - well it cant be urgent than can it".
So she said "phone and ask for a telephone consultation, I'll call you back and if you feel you need to come in I'll find time to squeeze you in"What a lovely GP:D
The only downside was with it being half term I had to take all 3 kids and DS and DD squabbled over the toys and each had a tantgrum and were whacking each other in the surgery  at least she could see why I am so stressed half the time.
Oh yeah and left hubs in charge of bedtime for kids, LO was asleep when I left at 7pm, having not had a feed since 5.30pm, she normally has another last feed around 7.30pm and he didnt wake her. Which means she will be up twice in the night  Actually maybe I should juist wake her now. Dither dither.
Right must go upstairs one way or the other

Yes I have decided that any homebaking is fatal as I have to get involved in the eating, even if the end result isnt very good

Hi JillD
Just read you sig - 13.5 lbs - sooo impressed. I've struggled with the same 14 lbs for at least 10 years now, so I take my hat off to you.
Go, go, go. You can do it.
