  • I am knackered!!! I want to go to bed but I still need to:

Finish cleaning oven hood filter things,
Put kids car seats in Mum's car,
Have a shower and dry my hair,
    Iron kids uniforms,
Make mini muffins for lunch boxes,
and other stuff I can't remember because I am too tired.

    Stuff I have done:

Fed Mum and put her dishes in the DW... and filled and on again,
Hung up uniform to dry and WM on again,
Portioned up spag bol and put in freezer.

*sorry for being a little bit grumpy - it is the company I keep :o All the little people I interact with are like this - wonder where they get it from?!

OK need to go finish up - need to get DH to hospital early tomorrow and try and be in bed before ummm [STRIKE]eleven[/STRIKE] midnight?

  • Hi all. My very good intentions today while at work stayed there I think!!! Was very busy at work today, brain stuff! Picked up girls, did their tea, took dd1 to Rainbows (Brownie like not shop like!), took dd1 with me to tesco! omg complete no brain in front of me at self serve till. Had all reduced stuff, very ms, the things that wouldn't go through he pressed the assistant button, she kept telling him she couldn't do it all and his reply was ' I don't pay tesco to do it myself!!' I couldn't believe it. Asked him why he was on sstill and he replied 'thought it would be quicker!' it was 6.30pm and had to collect dd1 at 6.30pm! rang friend she was there so no probs there. Took over Mr Idiots shopping and put the rest through for him! Men! Got home, bathed dd's, dd1 has a poem thingy to do, got to remember it to recite mid march in front of lots of people from memory (I can't remember that she says). She didn't want to do it until today when we spoke to her teacher and she said to him ' I didn't say I didn't want to do it, I've been waiting till now to start!!!' Couldn't you just curl up sometimes! So anyway we had to do some of that and she has memorised 4 lines (it is VERY long). Hopefully she will still remember in the morning as she can get quite stroppy. DD's went to bed, put on WM and TD, sorted TD stuff and put a bit more in. Unfortunately one of my friends phoned and, as I have not got headphones! I had to stop for an hour and it all went down hill after that. It's late now so I'm going to go to bed. I'm off work tomorrow so will do Tues and Wed together.
Mudbath you have made me laugh today. Firstly your windy problem, that happened to me when I started my healthy eating in January (it's not doing too well at the moment mind), my dh threatened to leave me, I think he was just jealous mine were better than his!!! Secondly, the child from hell! I was laughing so much at some of your posts, I know one very similar, not so bad with food but is quite rude, does your head in. If either of my kids acted like this one at anyone's elses house, god help them when they got home.
Right off now, I will do my lists tomorrow with extras!!! Nite
Need to sort my life out! :T
