Took some stuff to the dump and found:-

an alarm clock radio for DH's side of the bed (I tend to listen to James Whale at night and fall asleep with the headphones in, so when the radio comes on in the morning we can't hear it! :rotfl:)
A footspa - unused. Obviously an unwanted present! (There were a few there so obviously most people find them more hassle than they are worth)
    A hi-fi!!!
Glad you rescued those items, but they could easily have found homes on freecycle - can't imagine dumping something that still worked

    Afternoon

Garden recycling bin now nicely stuffed full, I love prunning.

Just finishing lunch and then another 30 minutes out the front and I am done for the day out there; never got to the back but I have done more out the front than I planned.

Justamum a friend of mine suffers with depression and they diagnosed a chemical imbalance. She has tried every alternative therapy/councilling etc you can think of but always ends up back on the ADs. She just accepts in now like if you had a thyroid problem you would need to readjust the balance.

    Afternoon all

One load of washing done. It was out on the line but it started raining just now so it's draped round inside now.

Roast dinner cooked, eaten and cleared away.

That's all I'm planning to do today. DD is doing coursework so she's got control of the computer most of the day.

    Afternoon

I have just spent the last 3 hours cleaning every inch of DD's room instead of doing 3  , but she is happy I 'helped' her and loves her new bed linen which was I thought £5 in Wilkinson yesterday but was actually £2.50 so real bargain.

I'm bathed (and can still smell Lush as I sit here) and just need to iron clothes for work this avo and DD is coming with me  , I thought rather than trek to Grandmas, as theres no management about I'd take her in for the 2 hours max it will take. Hopefully the security guards will keep her in check while I work.

Ok cuppa nearly finished - sorry did anyone else want one :o

    So iron then work.

Am pooped done another load of washing and discovered that smne cheeky sod has nicked my wheelie bin:eek: not impressed:mad:  will have battle on my hands when I phone Gwynedd Council Monday am as it is their policy to charge £125  for a new wheelie bin I am going to have to speak my best Mancunian welsh for that battle! Shed deposited at tip:T just got the rest of it to shift now

Hi Kaleoma - are you sure its been nicked and not been blown away? I know that sounds daft, but I found my neighbours wheelie bin round the side of my house. Not sure if it blew over the grassy area and some helpful but stupid person stuck it in my garden and then it got blown round the side? xx

Yeah, less than an hour left at work:j . Gonna treat myself to a bottle of red on the way home:beer: . Just hoping the rain holds off and the brilliant sunshine we had this morning has gone and left a miserable grey sky behind.

Will have another coffee so my motivation is kept up for dejunking when I get home. Will also make a stash of stuff to ebay. I know there is a petrol lawnmower, 2 stair gates, Mammas and Pappas car seat, solar powered alarm system and Loads of happyland. Shh! about the happyland as last time I got it out to sort into sets kids wanted to keep it but have they played with it since - NO! . They havent played with the £200+ playmobile stuff they got for birthday and xmas either:mad: (I have kept all the boxes for that stuff though;) ).

I just got back from the shop and am well peeved off  My next door neighbour cleared up rubbish from their front garden (people throw it in our gardens from the street) and dumped it in mine, i knew it was them because i've seen the rubbish in their garden a few days. What a cheek eh?

So i've posted a polite note through their door asking them not to do it again or action will be taken. It gets to me when people do that ;)
