Hiya
I've just started doing avon, initial outlay is 15 in total, split into 2 payments which are payable with the first invoice.
What happens if you decide to do it is the Sales leader/Manager will sign you up and give you 2 campaigns worth of brochures (i got 20 of each, others got more). Basically you get the orders, and then theres 2 levels of commission. You dont actually get paid off avon, when you order they are invoiced at your discounted level, so you collect the money from the customers and the difference between the two amounts is yours.
Does this make sense? I know what I'm trying to say lol....
so orders above approx 150 gives 25% commission
so say you got 200 pounds worth of orders from the book, the invoice that comes with the delivery would be for 160. you collect the 200 from the customers so the extra is wages.
I love it. I am a single mum and work full time, but my first campaign I got just short of 400 pounds worth of orders, so nearly 100 commission. The campaigns run every 3 weeks, so have worked out if i put all my money away, i can take my son to florida or summat without having to touch my normal money. I'd never have been able to do that before.
Feel free to pm if you have any queries, i'll be more than honest with ya lol :rotfl:0 -

Awww, thats a shame as apparently the manager there is really nice, money isnt too bad and they are always on the look out for staff.
But, with airports it is normally a very early start or late finish so with a 45 mon drive, you're right - its not worth it!Lightbulb moment Dec 2005 - debt £23700

What about becoming self employed? Find something you can do which could take 16 hours a week. You wouldn't necessarily have to be paid 16 hours to work 16 hours esp when you are setting up a new venture...if you follow..0
