I'm not sure how you can claim deformation.

    hehe. ;)
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

It would be easy to prove just how bent out of shape the seller now is over this...you'd have to show that the seller was not deformed prior to this issue. Defamation, on the other hand, costs a fortune to pursue.
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

    'dear ebay user,

please find enclosed papers serving you with a summons to appear in court over a charge of deformation, as you will note from the enclosed photograph, the stress you have caused me has left me looking somewhat like a Picasso painting. Indeed, i have typed this letter with the two hands which have grown from my lower intestine, which is now located where my forehead used to be.

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
  • not sure about this but if you send his money back to him once it has eventually cleared, you should be able to open a non paying bidder dispute and ignore his emails then after 8 days close the dispute he will get a strike and ebay will remove the neg!
i am sure i have seen ebayers do that before, may be underhand giving him a strike but it depends how you feel at the time.

Nope you can ignore the emails but as long as they respond to the dispute the neg stands, only if they don't respond through the dispute can the neg be removed.

Get his contact details from Ebay or Paypal and give him a friendly call explaining the situation and asking for a 'mutual withdrawal' of his feedback.

I once did this with one of my nuisance buyers and it turned out to be a 15 year old kid. His parents weren't too pleased! :)
