Ebay Nutter buyer nightmare HELP !!!

Why worry about a 100% rating? We all know that someone with several hundred transactions has in reality probably not had 100% happy trades. There's always a few percent bad deals as you can't please 100% of people 100% of the time.
I personally would like to see eBay introduce a system where it notes in the feedback where the seller and/or buyer has not left feedback after a transaction. I certainly would be interested to see exactly how many of these people with 100% feedback records have not left feedback in order to try and hide their bad deals in order to 'protect' their 100%. Feedback is a vital tool for buyers and sellers and feedback honesty is important.
Honestly, don't worry about the odd neg or two. Buyers won't be put off with a 99% seller rating.

Yes but this guy is actually gloating and bragging about the neg he will (now has) left. Surely Ebay can't allow this. I think the Ebay help support, considering we make them money, is very very poor. I will expect a polite email soonish saying something like "hello, my name is .........................blah blah blah we an't help you". and then a message "was this email helpful" and when I answer "well actually no" it will have no effect whatsoever.0

Oe neg will not destroy a good business, in fact it can reflect very badly on the person that left it.
E cheques are a pain and there will always be dim buyers who do not understand how they work. I usually actually just sent the buyer the paypal email that I get as the seller stating that this payment is uncleared and that I should not send goods until it does clear.
In this case If the item has not been sent I would personally return the payment and relist the goods. I would no longer have any faith in this buyer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've been in this situation as a buyer - I won and paid for an item immediately. The payment went through as normal. A week later I had not received the item so asked why. The seller said my payment was still 'pending'.
However, she was only looking at her Ebay account and not her PayPal account. There was a glitch with Ebay. It took a couple of emails to convince her that I had paid and for her to log on to her PayPal account rather than relying on what her Ebay account said.
I got the item in the end and she had to manually adjust her Ebay account to 'payment received' - but I can understand how such a situation could deteriorate into a dispute. Just wondering if it's the same thing here - has the OP checked their PayPal account or just relying on the Ebay info?0 -
I have been on ebay for 8 years and in that time it has got worse from the sellers POV - it's time the ebay sellers of the world united aginst them! Seriously we should set up some kind of website/forum to protest at their lopsided view of buyer/seller transactions and their non-existent customer service.
I had a buyer call me a liar about 4 years ago - had to go to a friend who is a solicitor, he signed a letter and we sent it to ebay and they removed it with 24 hours. It was deemed as libelous. As far as I'm aware, ebay are covered by English law (wherever the hell they are now registered for tax reasons) so they have to remove it if you kick up a fuss.
Gee- I wonder who's bright idea it is to stop sellers leaving feedback for buyers. No - can't see taht one being abused!0 -
Ebay have asked me to provide evidence of all emails to and from this guy with the headers. This should show that I did politley reply to his enquireys every time. If Ebay don't do anything, I will take it further and go with the solicitor advise.
Here are examples of what I am dealing with. This is after I explained that payment had not cleared. Of course I have left out his identity.
Code:i have not received one email from you. not one. where did you send it? and when? please send that that to me and ebay. i paid you on feb 5th at 11:11:47 status complete. transaction # *************. it is still unclaimed payment to ************** you contact paypal! you forgot me and the invoice and thats all. then you lied and tried to blame me by saying you sent emails and then filed a claim on me. thats something? over a $2.00 badge. p.s. i am very patient i just dont like being jerked around, lied to, them blamed. well the moneys yours if you want it. i wont expect the pin though, i am sure that will get lost in the post. i hate that pin now away. this is the second time i have been dicked around by some guy in england over that badge and i dont want that pin in my collection.i believe in karma! have a nice day!!

sounds like a proper quim.
it's a pity that if you issue a refund, they can still leave feedback, as i'd be tempted to issue a full refund and keep the item than do business with this customerhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
If Ebay do not remove the slanderous comment calling me a "Liar" I will file for a deformation form and sue Ebay for breach of contract.0

Why don't you just leave a neg for him, clearly stating the facts, and mentioning that he appears to be mentally deranged?0
