This is what we're eating this week...

Friday – Cottage pie with carrots, cauliflower, peas & sweetcorn (the planned chilli con carne with rice from last week’s plan didn’t happen!:o)
    Saturday – Omelettes with salad
Sunday – Fish (cod, I think…) and salad…with some homemade potato salad or maybe a few oven chips!
Monday – Pasta with tomato and roasted vegetable sauce
Tuesday – Chilli con carne…we’ll give it another go this week!:p – either with rice or on a jacket potato
Wednesday – Chicken and vegetable stirfry with noodles
Thursday – Pasta with broccoli, boursin and sweetcorn
Friday – Pizza and garlic bread

    Well, thats the plan anyway...!!:rotfl:

This is a two-week plan because (a) we're away next weekend and (b) I spent too much at Sainsburys and want to make it last week. That's why veges are listed, I want to see if they'll last.

Sat: Duck a l'orange, roast potato, roast parsnip, tender stem broccoli
Sun: Stir-fried leftover duck, carrots & asparagus with noodles & plum sauce, the gu white chocolate brulees I forgot last night
Mon: Spaghetti bolognese with mushrooms, carrots & courgettes in the sauce
Tues: fishfingers, mash, roast sweetcorn & peas
Wed: Chipolatas, yorkshire puddings, onion gravy, peas & carrots
Thurs: Baked potatoes stuffed with ham & cheese, tomato salad, green salad
Fri: AWAY (lunch out, take soup ingredients & pizza bread for evening meal)
Sat: AWAY (wedding, food provided, take snacky stuff for the evening)
Sun: AWAY (lunch out, prawn & pea risotto when we get home as I can defrost the prawns fast)
Mon: Cottage pie with a potato & swede topping, broad beans & sweetcorn from freezer
Tues: Sausage, egg & chips, tomatoes
Wed: smoked haddock baked with potatoes & milk, sweetcorn from freezer
Thurs: mini-roast of chicken legs & breasts, roast potatoes, whatever veg I can find!
Fri: flashfried fillet steak with a couscous & roast veg warm salad

I'll need to get bread, cold meat for lunches, milk, fruit and a little extra veg, but we clearly have enough stuff for the main meals.
