As we have two meal plan threads for this week, I've merged them together to avoid confusion.

Fri: Pork mash and veg
Sat: Mussles in garlic butter , french bread
Sun: Roast FR chicken and veg
Mon: left over chicken with rice and peas
Tue: Pizza salad and garlic bread
Wed: Shepards pie and veg
Thu: Prawn curry and rice
Fri: Savory mince and veg
Puddings either fruit, or jelly or fromage frais
God that looks such a boring menu reading it back....:rolleyes:0 -
Friday: Bacon,sausage,egg,beans etc
Saturday: HM Pizza
Sunday: Beef roast & all the trimmings
Monday: hm lasagne
Tuesday: Pork chop dinner
Wednesday: Cod, cheesey mash, peas & sweetcorn, butter sauce
Thursday: Beef stew with muffin topping0 -
Hi all, here's mine - been swapped about a bit due to lack of happy chickens in Tesco as well as lack of money - hopefully the next two weeks will fly by - then it'll be payday :rolleyes:
Fri - stirfry (probably with bacon as I forgot to get the prawns out of the freezer)
Sat - Chicken casserole
Sun - Stuffed cabbage leaves
Mon - Pork and veg (pork in freezer left over from roast)
Tue - Turkey Curry
Wed - Stirfry

i'm a bit late this week, everythings a bit odd this week, its half term, oh is at home more than normal, im on leave from work and i got no veg box so :eek:
wed, went out with a friend
thurs, liver & onions, mash & peas
fri, colcannon with bacon, roasted parsnips
sat, morrocan lamb with sprouts
sun, prob left overs from yeasterday (OH working til late and i'm out with the kids)
mon, quorn fillets in honey & mustard sauce mash & peas
tues, only me. usually have egg on toast but have given up bread for lent so goodness knows :rolleyes:
wed, pan roasted sea bass fillets with thai spices, hm pot wedges and veg
have a good week!!- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Sat - Sausage and onion plait with mash and beans
Sun - Roast pork, roast potatoes, veg and yorkshire pud
Mon - Chicken and Bacon pasta
Tues - Toad in the Hole, mash and veg
Weds - Roast Chicken dinner (last one of the 3 that I got reduced to £2 from £6 !)
Thurs - Chicken curry with leftover chicken
Fri - Going to mum's for the weekend so she's cooking/paying ! lol
Our kids are off next week for their half term so also got lunches which will consist of soup (batch of spicy carrot soup cooked up and frozen last week, boiled egg and soldiers and home-made pizzas).:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
