They ask you to fill them in all over again Snags, the length of award varies. I got it for a year first, then three years
    Oh my goodness.

Can you just put the same form in again if nothing has changed? Lol!

hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm.....................Ive just opened the bread bin (it has more paperwork than bread in it!!)..........and there's last years Valentine's card to him in there..........the MSE'er in me thought - recycle it - he never remembers what day of the week it is, never mind a card you gave him 12 months ago!!!

OK, a bit too tight??:D :rotfl:

I'd say if he notices, "oh is that the same card as last year, what are the odds?" lalalalalalala.....

Good luck for the interview hun!

I got my card this morning and we're going out for a meal tonight, just to local indian where we go once every couple of months... so not really special but i hope they dim the lights a little and have romantic bangla music!

I bought G a single red rose (2.50 from Somerfield! wow last of big spenders me!) the shock at 6am today must've been something to see but i slept thru it!!

    Feeling the love today though!

You can re-write it all into a new form - such fun. Hence why keeping a photocopy is such a good idea.

You might find with Ryan though that things might feel that they haven't changed but because of the expected capabilities of a growing child that his award is raised.
I first applied at 16 and they said lower care because not all 16 year olds can look after themselves anyway. But if I moved out now, I'd get middle.

I downloaded the PDF version of the form, so I will have a copy saved on my computer, but I'll remember to back it up onto a disc too, thanks. (And I'll print an extra copy for Ryan's file too)

Do you have to fill the forms in again every so often, or do they review it some other way?

i only photocopy it to remind me what i have put because to be honest nothing really changes he still needs help with safety and communicating while out and about obviously cannot go out unsupervised etc so far in 15 years the only thing really that has changed is lack of nappies.
they have tended to ask for an update every 18mths-3years so far.
