    Morning everyone!

I hope it's a good one for everyone! Himself is cooking tea tonight instead of forking out over £100 for a meal, wine, chocolates and some scraggy flowers.

Weather is fairly miserable today - well just grey, though thankfully no freezing fog to contend with.

Good luck with the interview today Keren - finger's crossed for you!

she said valentines day so it basically went why after 12 years of marriage do we both need a card to show each other we love each other
I've made Stu a card....it's soooo rubbish hahahaha! In fact, I might get Ryan to customise it with some glitter and stuff later on, just for a bit of added naffness! :rotfl:

  • I've got a box of blank handmade cards my Mum gave me as a Christmas present about 2 years ago. It's been a fantastic gift as I haven't needed to buy cards since.

Unfortunately, I'm now getting to the more 'specialised' events and rather than birthdays, I now need friends and family who are unwell, moving house or having babies rather than birthdays!!!!

Morning everyone, good luck at the job interview keren.

Well i let oh sleep in this morning and he is gonna take the kids to the soft play for the day so I get a break, although i'll spend it cleaning but at least I can put the music on loud and just get on with it no interuptions. If he is gone long enough I may even bake him something heart shaped. Then tonight the kids will have fish fingers and chips I know bad mum and we can have a chinese later so a real treat. OH did want to take me to a restaurant (he is alot more romantic than me, but then its our first married year), but luckily our babysitter cancelled so I suggested the chinese yummy and alot cheaper!

On a plus the car passed its MOT yesterday and was 50 pounds not the 55 I'd budgeted so this month is going really well.

OH has had a call from the agency to work tomorrow and could be all day (he works job till finish but his permenant job he is always finished early, agency ones tend to finish late for some reason!). He is not getting paid for the agency work instead they are putting any wages he get towards HGV test and said he can do 4 days then has enough for a test, so saves us trying to find the money for another one, but he can only work every other week for one day at the agency unless he takes holiday from work.
