thats something i;ve oftent thought about but never had the nerve or didnt know how to aproach.

I've never really been to the doctors, never been i'll, i've only ever been to get my injections for a holiday or a tetnus.

I wouldnt know what to do, or even what I would get out of it. there has been allot of downs lately, money, losing gf, parents, losing job. Just need something positive I think.

Maybe I do have depression, i don't really know what it is. If I could, i'd go out with my mates have a good night and a good laugh, but tomorrow I'd be in the same boat. What could happen if I did. If I got a new gf won the lottery would that the cure?

I started to look for a new job about 6 months ago when I though my job was safe, I couldnt get one then. now I have to panic time.

I am sure that your mum might appreciate it if you offered to take her. My parents divorced a while ago and I know that my mum loves my brother or I taking her out even if its just a free trip somewhere.

thanks everyone for your help. It's been such a great help.

I've tried before to to fit in but never really introduced myself. I will cetainly stick around and help others if i can.
