The name i have is a H which could be considered rude :rotfl:

and there is a "bird" in the address...?

I reckon we've all got the same test chap, hehe.

Started getting some different names/addresses to post to now though, and apparently other testers will be sending to me, which makes it a bit more interesting! Still haven't received one item of test mail yet though... unless I've accidentally overlooked it!

Can someone help me please? I have filled the application form in twice but each time I get a message saying please select a reference code - there is nowhere to select or enter a code.

    What am I missing?

    Thanks

Thers a drop down box underneath where you fill your name and address in - just choose any of those.

You should get a book of stamps with your welcome pack (including first two test letters), make sure its not hidden in the paper work first and if its definitely not there send them an email or phone them.

Has anyne else recieved this email:-

    Dear Panellist,

Thank you for your recent participation in the Royal Mail survey conducted by Research International, your contribution has been invaluable.

As you may be aware, we are commissioned by Royal Mail to measure the quality of their service in specific postcode areas, however at present we have more than the required number of panellists in your postcode and unfortunately this means we need to remove you from the panel . We will keep your details on our "Reserve" list in case a space becomes available in your area at which time we would contact you again to see if you are still interested in helping with the survey.

Please continue to post all the items that you have and complete the posting information online.

If you have any questions please call our Freephone Helpline number, or send us an email. Please tell the operator that you are helping with the ‘Royal Mail Postal Survey’.

    From the website:

I have a test item without an 'R' number insert. How do I proceed?

Follow the usual procedure when entering the item on line by clicking on 'Receive any items to enter'

Enter the day it was received but instead of entering the R number click the box 'No test letter insert found'.The system will then issue you with a 4 digit number which you will need to write on one of the yellow labels we provide before affixing the label to the outside of the item and returning it to us.
