Fed up of postie? Help is here... (merged)

Oh, help.
I've received two packs today. One's my 'normal' one with the 2 envelopes to post next week and the other, well it's got the 'smarts' in (2), two envelopes, sheet of yellow stickers 'smart folder' and a large plastic envelope. I'm not making much sense of the instructions.
Do I record having received the two smarts - or do I wait until I post the envelopes as per the schedule? Do I keep the smarts until I'm asked for them back?
I'm confused...

The brown Kantar (SP) Operations envelopes are to send back any additional Smarts they ask for (usually if you have over 4/6 in stock). The yellow stickers are what echo said. The plasticy envelope is to put all your recevied items in to go back at the end of the week. The smarts should show on your shedule so next time you post a letter which asks you to add a smart you can pick one from the drop down menu and add that to the envelope.
The smart envelope keeps your smarts safe

CGG dont worry! It all makes more sense when you've entered a couple on the website - as clare said it will tell you when you need to add a smart.

Is it just me or does anyone love their smart holder...?

I love mine too! Apart from the fact i have to unroll a paperclip to dig into it to get it open :rolleyes:

Ah, right!
Can you help me with this other thing.
On the sheet of labels a couple have this written on:-

'Please attach this label to the envelopes that you return your items to us inside' and a barcode is printed on them, too.
Do these actually go on the two envelopes I'm due to send next week with the smarts in?

They go on/in the plastic envelopes you return your received items in! You wont need them for a good few weeks yet
