Alison - quite a few people have received that email - look back to pages 16/17 - at least you got some stamps from it!

I think they were testing us with the same address for the first 3-4 weeks to ensure we sent them out properly ... maybe that's why people got chucked off the survey?

Anyway, is anyone else receiving "SMARTS"? Do you have to register that you have received them somewhere? Or do you just complete the "prepare posting" as usual?

And also, I signed up for an extra survey on the home page and was promised some vouchers - anyone else done this? If so have you recieved the vouchers/survey yet?

Seems our street have all received an invitation to be a member of the survey team today.
I've found the unnamed, unaddressed invite on the mat this morning!

Just got next weeks posting schedule!

    One question?
Do I count this as a received item?
As far as I'm aware I haven't 'received' any items yet!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • if you've only just started then you won't get any items "received" for a while. You have to be doing it for a few weeks first before they start sending you things too. They'll et you know when. The posting schedule aren't completed on the received items tabs.

No the posting schedule is not a received item. Your received items will have the initials you chose when you signed up and will come from other panellists.

I have only had two received letters so far and they had the initials on e.g if your chosen initials were AB, letters will be addressed to Mr/s AB Smith for example.

Hope that makes sense - still trying to work everything out myself!

Candy - you do have to put Smarts received on the website

I've been doing this for a couple of months from work. So far i have 84 stamps (we have a franking machine so not much need for them, swaps for Argos vouchers anyone? lol). Have also won their daily draw for £10 voucher and done a 4 week survey £12 vouchers.
Mind you they dont half get aggitated if you miss one! I have had a few phonecalls asking why my posting things have been late!
Also, when i started they never said i would be receiving magazines as part of the survey so i was returning them to sender! Whoops!

Can anyone tell me what the yellow labels are for? Have received an A4 sheet with them on...

I was wondering too! Does anyone know?

they're for the magazines/periodicals that don't correspond to data that's down on the website.when you enter an item it'll tell you to add a number onto the sticker and you then put the sticker on the item-which you obviously send back to them in the grey plastic envelope
