Fed up of postie? Help is here... (merged)

Hello all.
I posted a letter today for the survey people and the white tablet on the box gave two days. Which one do I enter on the website for the details?

It has Saturday Noon and Sunday Noon on the white bit and the Sunday one is in Yellow.
The removable metal tin plate says MON, but its not that one is it as its not on the white plate.

Any help would be great. Thanks

I think you need to enter the removable tin plate one saying Monday as that is the one that changes daily and that's the one they go by when you post your letter

hmm....still not quite convinced.....will try the helpline when it opens in the morning at 9:00am. Thank you.

If it is the tin plate and not the white one then I did it wrong on Friday!!

I've just signed up for this. I'm not sure if it is our posties, or someone else in the chain, but since the strike last year we have really long delays when waiting for mail. It could always be the curse of the countryside

Just did their quiestionnaire and I qualified. Hopefully I will be getting the welcome pack in the next couple of days.

Off to have a read the last 22 pages. If something confuse me (doesn't take much ) I'm sure someone here will be kind enough to answer x

Yay ! Got a couple to post next week showing up now (was worried I'd get the dreaded 'we don't need you any more' email after I had nothing showing on next week's schedule !

Its the removable plate that you enter...Mon, Tue, etc.

Cinders- it is the removeable plate that you enter.
