  • How much must it be costing the post office to send out all these stamps to everyone before dumping us unceremoniously before the test items have even be sent!

    I just keep wondering
If you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.

Can't believe the condition my weekly posting pack arrived in?!?! It was torn completely down both long sides of the envelope and all the stuff was hanging out literally SHOCK HORROR. Although i dont think anything is missing. I have not had to open the pack as it all just slid out so I am sending the envelope to Kantar to see what they have to say. I bet the postie would have looked after it a bit better if he had known what it was :)

I hope you haven't sent this yet as they will say sorry but you can no longer take part in this survey as your post man knows wot you are doing

postmen suck, ok i`ll rephrase that my postman sucks most are probably good at there job but as always the few marr the best of them.
i first signed up for this as i was sure my postman wasn`t realy bothered about wether or not the mail was delivered and he proved it. i had ordered 2 tickets online and then about 3 days before i was due to go some guy knocked on my door and handed me a letter aparantly he was taking his dog for a walk and saw the postie knocking at my door, he asked if the letter needed signing for and said he`d sign for it the postie let him and gave him my tickets and then watched him carry on taking his dog on the field, not once did this guy enter my garden, i was shocked when he came back with them unopened, i got on the phone to royal mail and they said sorry we`ll pass it on, when i asked to be kept informed about this i was told no feedback would be given........
surely i can do something more that just sucks, the whole point of recorded mail is to make sure it goes to you snot someone just walking past

    Hi,

Been following this thread for a while but not posted yet!

I've just started doing this, and it seems great, but just wondering do you have to log as recieving your first pack (the welcome one)?? or do you just go ahead and send them back on the days it says and then that starts you off?? iyswim???

Also does anyone else have the problem of it saying your session has timed out and having to log back in when in IE?? even though you've only just signed in? I have to swap to using FF and it seems fine?!!! *****READ THAT BIT IN FAQ now!!! *******

    Sorry for all the questions!!!

    Thanks in advance!

Hope not, I really enjoy doing this survey and never realised that would happen, it wasnt our normal postie, as he is lovely. I had one piece of mail arrived at the same time as this which was in three parts, the front of the envelope was one, the letter inside was another and the back of the envelope was a third. Lucky it was only spam mail!!! Have you been told that you would get thrown off by Kantar?

That is what happened to me when I stayed in Glasgow, mail that should have been signed for was just put through the door, that also included a letter from Glasgow Sheriff Court.

My problem is not IE7, I find it impossible to sign in with Firefox.:D As far as I am aware, you just send your training items to Mr Hussey, then you will start getting items from other panellists after about a month, then log on and follow the links.

And then they raise the rates to cover it! Grrrr  Lucky us for taking 'revenge' on them eh? :)

  • Does anyone know when they receive test mail does it need to be sent back to Kantar ? I have logged it on the system but cant see anywhere whether they want it returning or whether I just bin it ?

    Cheers

Yes you return all test mail you receive in the big plastic envelopes.
