I ot a booted letter on Friday, I'd only posted two items back to them. The letter said they had enough people in my area.

I get to keep the 18 first class stamps,I suppose, but why they couldn't have checked the quotas first is beyond me.
  • I got my first package in the mail yesterday. Hoping that it continues for a while as it might be fun! I LIKE this kind of stuff! The free stamps are great too! Thanks again O.P!

Yeah, it says training is a month. Hope I at least get a few months out of it! I'd like to stock up on stamps before Christmas! *LOL*

Can anyone give me any advice please?

My nearest post box is showing on the Royal Mail survey site as being at a post office. However, the post office there closed down a few years ago now. When I'm posting my letters do I treat this as a regular post box or as a post office box. Has anyone else expereinced a similar situation? I'm too scared to email the site in case I get the boot.

Thanks in advance for any help.

E-mail them, they won't get rid of you for just asking a question.

...why let so many people sign up if they dont need them?!

I think they keep finding new members so that the posties dont become wise to what is happening - theres no point in it if they notice a pattern in your mail.

Questions like these are covered in the site's FAQs located on the left hand side of the RM page. See below for your response:

    17. The Post Office I use has closed. What do I do?

Post in one of your usual post-boxes or enter a new posting point in the “Manage my Postboxes” section of the site if you are using another Post Office.

    Also:

    13. Do I use the post-box inside or outside the Post Office?

It is fine to post them in the post-box outside.
