my chair & FREE TENT arrived this morning-yay!

been trying to get one of these for ages but kept missing the offer

my little ones are out in the tent right now,& its not bad for a freebie!

Ordered on 18th. Received chair and tent on 19th. Opened box a day or two later and found cracked plastic bit (on chrome bits). Called Viking and they sent replacement plastic bit. Got it this morning. Assembled chair. The chair slopes from left to right! Called Viking, They say they will send me another chair on Monday.

Must stressed we have bought similar cheap chair from Viking before. We had no problems with that chair. Just put it down to bad luck this time. Will post again when we get replacment chair.

I am going to order the chair and would like a free gift but dont really want a tent does anyone know what the these free gifts are like are they any good.

My chair arrived today. Waited until tonight before opening box, only to find that the screws were missing and there was a small tear on seat.

Anyone else had similar problems?

have you checked to see if the screws are actually in the chair itself?
quite a few people posted about this,& found the screws already in position

does't help with the ripped seat though,sorry!

Please note: The screws for this chair are not in a separate bag, as the instructions may suggest. They're already inserted into the screw holes.

I asked for a replacement because of minor issues, I received it the next day but it's worse than the original one. It's not new, clearly used, poor quality, got small tears on seat as well. The first chair was better quality, made and condition.

Well I have re ordered another one. Let's hope this is better!
