I am very dissapointed with my chair.I am not sure what Ive done wrong but when you sit on it it leans forward I find it very uncomfortable and If I lean forward it goes further down again. Have I assembled it wrong?0

I ordered the MALAGA chair and put a proviso on the order that it must incude the tent. When I placed the order it said on tha last page "tent out of stock" so I waited for someone to phone to say they would cancel the order.
Today the chair arrived...along with a TENT
I found it quite nice to sit on, so did the kids and I am having to fight for it now.All Dell'd up

It sounds like you have attached the swivel mechanism on the base the wrong way.
You know the lever that adjusts height?? Slide that in while the chair isnt leaning, it should lock it??
If that works you need to reattach the bottom the opposite way it should lean back instead!

Well now that I have the mechanism the right way round and my Son duely stuck the front sticker on my forehead!! I am pleased to say this is a great chair for the money Its large and impressive isn't it. I have another type in my home office and this makes it look dwarfed by comparison. My Son loves it and now I'm going to have to fight for it. I am really considering getting another one the Delivery is Super Quick and matching chairs at the two desks I have would complete the look . Thanks !!! My smaller chair I thought was a bargain at £45 but this is far larger and just as comfortable Love the chrome legs Perfick!!0

This is funny..........I put mine on back to front as well. Fortunately checked the diagram again and noticed it had a note saying "Front" so rechecked and changed it prior to completion. These companies must despair at times...can you imagin=e the phone calls from all the others complaining about the lack of screws or my seat isn't right....lol....:D Excellent service from Viking by the way and the chair is pretty good too.0
