I bought a chair from Viking a while ago - and what I have found is the plastic castors have started to wear out the shiny top layer on the laminate floor I have. Someone said I should get some rubber wheels - does anyone know from where? I can't see any on ebay. Or can anyone suggest any other solutions?

Thanks for the original poster, recieved my two chairs today but they look remarkably like desk fans !! Customer services here I come.

My Boss chair arrived today and I'm delighted with it. Missed out on the tent as ordered yesterday but never mind.

I bought the Boss and the Malaga. The Boss chair is OKAY... For £34.99 delivered next day, I'd say the Boss chair was EXCELLENT!

Are you sure that the screws are missing? only if I remember rightly I think that on the website under the description it said that there was no bag of screws but screws would be in screw holes already. Might be worth a look!

Well i'm not pleased with my chair.
Coster wheels are not that glide and smooth to operate (might be just me), It's difficult to me to push it around.
The seating is a bit hard, one end is a bit thinner than the other or that's what seems to me.
The chair is heavy, noisy, specially when you adjust the seat tilt tension....
Well it's not for me but i don't like to return things so i might ask for some replacement or another solution!!! and it moves slightly left and right so it's not stable. Is it my luck, i'm just 8.6 stones!!! and one thing for sure this chair is not for short people well not that short, if you're about 5.2 feet or less this chair doesn't allow your foot to land on the ground.
