How do I get a good deal from O2

The tariff they have gave you is called O2 Discount 750 and normally retails at £35.00 per month so you've got half price line rental.

The fact that you have been with them for 7 years will have helped you get this deal, i've been with O2 a long time as well and the advisor told me that you build up Loyalty Bonuses which mean they can give you extra discounts.

Just a thought, Why not give them a quick call tomorrow and tell them to give you some more text messages.. You never know they just might do it!!!

Does anybody know if o2's retetion department applies to o2online customers?

I remember at one time I tried to call o2's customer service and they directed me to a separate department that deals with o2online.

Phone Customer Services on 0870 600 3009 and ask to be put through to Online Retentions the above mentioned tariffs are applicable to Online Customers!!
