    Hiya
How many people are you catering for?
I am pakistani and have a chicken pulao, raita and chickpea salad recipes (authentic stuff & tasty!) on my pc that I can let you have - we use them for family gatherings and are easy to do for large numbers (usually have dozen or so adults min!)
    they sound great
maybe you could post some on the recipe thread in the Old Style board icon7.gif

I love curry. I get a large pack of the madras (hot-ish) curry powder from a cash n carry near where I live. They sell caterer size everything. Maybe there's one near you.

I just cut up chicken breast in smaller sizes, mix in the curry and add sea salt, more pepper, black pepper, garlic, olive oil - leave to marinade for half hour. Then throw it in a hot pan with a touch more olive oil. Sizzle, turn, add water, and just let it cook for an hour.

    Have fun!
