Well work, work, work all day at work. But I don't have to do any over the weekend so that's nice.
And looking at the Friday list that's miraculously appeared, I get off really REALLY lightly, the kids look after their own room
My list for the weekend- Do PAYE before the taxman comes after me

- Wash throws in the living room as the weather is set fair
- Find something to cover the big plant pot in the kitchen to stop eldest cat peeing in it!
- Wash my bedding, turn mattress etc. which I didn't do in the week.
- Go out with camera as it's set fine and photograph those things I need for the research I'm doing
- Do a bit of research for chap in Somerset

Hi everyone!
Just back from day in London! Top fab day out - but am absolutely shattered! We had 4 adults and 9 children (3-9) with us - so lots of fun. In true OS style we negotiated group train fare (half price for adults) - then used our train tickets to get cheap admission into aquarium. Also prebooked tickets on London Eye to get internet discount!
Plan to spend this evening catching up on ironing whilst watching rubbish on tv - multi-tasking!
No plans yet for tomorrow - but DH wants to watch Arsenal in afternoon on telly - so might take kids over the field for a run around.
Samphire - I am a beancounter for my sins (not that I usually admit it!) I usually try to go for alternative options such as Stand in Wife for Rupert Penry Jones, or Full Time Princess - anything sounding a bit more sexy!
Kids now all looking for tea - so see you later!!!0 -
Hello lovely ladies (and flyboy if he's still out there!)
Havent been on for a couple of days as been taking it easy and no flying done - but dont tell pigpen.
Came home from work yesterday and it was only me and OH for a change as DD sleeping over and DS away> Had a lovely soak in the bath with lush stuff taken from my parcel that had arrived, which I then had to reseal so DD could open it today.
Valentines day - OH arrived home from work at 830am with a dozen red roses which has to be a first, Chilled out all yesterday evening with a bottle of fizz and my feet up after our home cooked steak tea (old style and money saving rather than go out and pay a fortune) and fell asleep in the armchair.
Had a power cut first thing this morning, and my dont you miss that first cuppa. Then went shopping in the next market town as one of the big stores had a fabric sale so got a couple of pieces to go in my material box, and bought DD a couple of treats in a clothing sale. Picked her up from friends and came home so she could open the box :rotfl: . Of course she then wanted a play in the bath and had a shandy of lush stuff before we walked doogie into town so I could replace the earings she lost last week (bought the day before!!).
Have got to sit and update my finances on comp, and as meal plan went out the window also have to decide what to do for tea before OH gets home at 7ish.
So thats it zilcho flying done.
Will have a read through and see what you all been up to later.Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
:j about 4 things left in the ironing basket (just put the stuff on the line in the TD to finish it off), never ending. All littles stuff put away so another job done. Their tea is on the go, meant to put the BM on for pizza dough for us but forgot so not sure what we will have now
.
DD1 friend is a star, do you think if I send my DD1 home in her place they will notice;) . She has been here since 11am and has been well behave and well mannered. DD1 other friend drives me crackers after about 10 mins.
Have just ordered some tesco vouchers to pay for a half term break in October - will be staying in the prestige caravan (thought best as that one has heating throughout as opposte to lounge only). Got enought left to have a couple of days out to various theme parks too:j .
Managed to change hair apt to 3pm rather than 9am so hair should be good for the ball tomorrow night, plus it means I can get the mucky jobs done in the garage without worrying about it;) (or go swimming instead).
Best go handwash my magic knickers for tomorrow night - am not sure if it wise to wear them under a full lengh dress, am worried about pulling them back up after visits to the loo, especially after I have had a couple:rotfl: - Any tips??0 -

But you are right, it still needs doing - it is just bloody cold in there and it is putting me off.
Michelle, x
I never told you to rest.. I ran around like a blue assed fly with its tail on fire all the time I was pregnant and decorated everything in sight..hubby went out once for 4 hours and came home and I had repainted the hall stairs and landing!! .. lilac, purple and yellow!!!
Pregnancy is a totally natural not an illness.. to coin my own phrase.. I had my babies 9-6 weeks early! lol Mind you when you consider what our ancestors did while pregnant resting seems awfully lame.. they washed for a large family.. be hand. They cooked from scratch for the entire family.. did all the cleaning.. by hand.. and all the shopping.. on their legs.. a bit of picking up and wiping down isn't going overboard... see my logic here... Besides.. isn't hubby home to help?
KAZ!!!!!!!!! Get that house cleaned!! Troll!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
