Hi Mudbath Its been a few years since I did my Reiki. Usually just use it on family and friends. With Reiki 2 you can do distance healing and become a practioner. There are different levels of Reki but 2 is as far as I want to go.0

Afternoon,
I havent managed much flying today but will post to say hello to add to the post count.
Two wash loads again outside, yesterdays washing ironed and put away, kitchen s&s, bathroom s&s and thats it.
Didnt get to bed until 3am so a little bit tired and hungover today. G&B the restaurant was very good last night will be one which we use again me thinks.0 -
Hi all,
I have achieved a whole week of zero flying. I am on orders not to do anything other than concentrate on me.
I am really desperate to clean the bath room and loo but will have to just not look when I go in there.
The exciting think is my friend and I have booked a holiday to have some 'chilling out' time for the week after this. Now back to my exercise program.........

I just had a lovely bubble bath, then noticed the shelves so I took everything off them and cleaned the shelves and chucked some stuff away and wiped what I put back. Then carried on and cleaned the whole bathroom (still naked). Including washing toothbrush holder inside and out, soap dish etc.
Put a nightie on and went into toilet and cleaned that and then washed both floors.
I'll really hot now but it does look good.0 -
