Post Office

Maybe I was just lucky. I filled in the "other" form on the website for "all other enquiries" and also "problem with a delivery" form on there. I actually got two responses, one via letter and the other via email (saying it had already been dealt with). It took about 7 days in total from submitting the order to getting the cheque.
I also quite like my Post Office as they gave me a stand for batteries they were no longer using, FOC
maybe it's cos I chatted the girl behind the counter up first though. 0 -
I dont think either are worth the money. I have, twice, paid for special delivery when ordering something to find it left on my doorstep. Now, I never signed for it and no-one else did, someone could have easily taken it from the doorstep. Complaints to royal mail got me nowhere.

i first called my local post office who said "oh that shouldnt have happened we'll look into it", i made follow up calls but nobody knew what i was talking about. I also called customer complaints number on the website and they called me back a few days later to say that the branch had been spoken to and it wouldnt happen again?!Last bet : 26th Oct 2006:j Debt free 25th Feb 2008:j Living "my" dream:T0

personally for SD items i would follow it up.
if rm dont give the sanswer then poswatch is the next stop.
though im no great fan of postwatch
tbh it is possible it was a very poorly trained new start but it would take
a pretty dumb/lazy/both new start to doorstep SD items0
