whats with all the abuse folks??????????
Supply and demand is what its about, DVLA see that people are willing to pay more for a plate that means something to them, maybe its not your cup of tea but each to there own!
For me id think youd get a good profit on the plate, keep ringing round places, perhaps a email to people involved with publicity to do with the movie, probably a dead end but maybe theyd make use of it, failing that id imagine there would be a few forums based around the 007 movies.
Good luck with the sale:)0 -
Someone deleted my wonderful picture of a real road sign with a place name on it

im disgusted by the dvla, they sell private plates, some of which dont make any sense or mean anything when spaced correctly but if you mis-space them to mean something you get at least a warning,or even a £30 fine.it is totally absurd.
in canada you can get whatever plate you like (unless its taken) and keep it for life for $200.
another example of rip off britain....work permit granted!0 -

It's just another revenue generator, like petrol and speed cameras are. I guess that if they didn't have this stream of revenue, the government would simply levy it elsewhere, maybe on petrol!0 -
