you have that many points:eek:;):rotfl:
ROFL - I wishI've had a weird time with my points. My old card was damaged and had to settle for a few of those validation receipts. Then I lost track of what was going on, needed something online, so opened up a new mail account.
Since then I've been finding receipts from months ago (I checked with CS and he said to just take them into a store - forget the 30 day policy - it can be overwritten.
When the 75% sale started, it was showing as about 1,050 points. After yesterday's soiree, it's up to 13,000+ lolOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -

Just out of interest, does anyone know what the most expensive thing is that Boots sell?
I used to save until I had enough for perfume, and a year ago I got a digital camera for my daughter's birthday. Now I have about £250 worth again, and I can't make myself spend them. It's ridiculous - my store doesn't have Clinique, so I went to a large Boots to spend points, but then there was the 1200 extra points offer, and I had a 500 points voucher, so I spent money AGAIN and got 1700 extra points. I'd almost prefer losing my credit card to losing my Advantage card!0 -

:rotfl: You're mine without realising it lol.
It was only when the 75% sale was on that I reread some of the posts and realised that I wasn't getting any value for money points wise. Then I seem to recall asking you whether the bargains were upstairs or downlol
If anyone had have seen me on the second day of the sale - I was the silly sod buying mugs, biscuits, Ted Bakers sets, whilst helping out old dears to get the right biscuits (and working out percentages for those that didn't understand them)and still buying just about everything else that went into the 90% sale:rotfl:I didn't have a clue.
By the third day I was in among the No7, R&M, Sanctuary etc. I was like a kid in a toy shop lol, so thanks againx

Same herebut I think it's because at heart, I'm just a hoarder of anything lol. I sit and look at my purchases like I used to look at my oh - many moons ago though!
Then I study the receipts and compare them with what others have posted.
I'm an addict now, there's no escaping it lolOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -

Hi wendym
I always thought that perfumes were a safe bet; they rarely changed in price. But look now! All the stores are undercutting each other on perfumes lolOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0
