    OPM,

Had a quick chat with the sales manager at Stafford, and he said (with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever) to ask for a lady called Angela when you pop in. The best thing you can do is ring Mike on 01785240819 (ex-directory number). Hope all goes well!

(Either that or you can just ask for her directly, and she'll be able to make an appointment time for you!).

cdjoa - do you have month end targets? (ie. Should I be pushing harder on price towards the end of the month - I've got a fair while before anything needs delivering so I can wait a while)

    Doozergirl,

We have weekly targets, so doesn't really make a difference what time of the month it's done. Saturdays afternoons are always a good time to go for a 2nd appointment and close-up a deal, as the store targets need meeting by 6pm!

My main piece of advice is not to ask the salesman "What's the best price you can do this for?!'...cos you can always squeeze a bit more. It's to look at the kitchen and think what you'd be happy paying for it. For example if it comes to £7,500, say you have a budget of 6k and say you wouldn't want to go a penny over.

    Best of luck!

Went to MFI-kitchens looked very nice, but hygena kitchens are let down by not having soft close doors-when im sure for just a few quid this could be solved.

Soft closing hinge packs are a fiver a pair if you wanted soft-close doors!
