    Looking for an alternitive to use up my meatballs in the freezer- have run out of ikea gravy and don't fancy bolognaise style meatballs. Any ideas please?

    I make a sauce of white wine, cream, garlic and herbs and serve with baked potatoes and veg or salad.

    i would normally put them in the microwave first, cut / slice them and tossed them in the stir fry noodles or fried rice ,which ever tickle your fancy.

    Have them as extra toppings on pizzas or use them in pasta bake

    Meatballs make quite good packed lunches, cool them properly and send them nestled them in some lettuce with couple of cherry tomatos.
