I saw a lovely recipe for a chunky chili a while ago and want to try it out. OK, tomato-base still but served with crispy jacket potato

I picked up some nice meatballs in the reduced section and have chucked them in the freezer, what can I do with them?
OH is a fussy beggar and I could do with some ideas that might appeal to him.

We have ours with spaghetti- just fry them with some onions and garlic (and sometimes a bit of chilli), then add mushrooms and a tin of tomatoes and let them simmer. Serve with spaghetti or pasta, some cheese on top and a bit of garlic bread.0

Obtain some Arribiata sauce. Slowly shallow fry meatballs in veg or olive oil. Meanwhile, put some rice on. Serve rice with pasta sauce and meatballs..yumFeudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

I did this recipe a little while ago and it was very delicious. Very filling too - I halved the recipe as I was cooking for two, but we ate until we were stuffed (neither with that small appetites) and still had enough leftover for two lunches the next day - infact, probably closer to dinner-sized portions again if I'd served with a whole jacket potato each.
