Hi all,
I'm using up left overs and making lamb and feta meatballs in a sweet and sour sauce for tea, and I've just realised I've got no eggs in to help bind them.
Any suggestions what I can use instead to stop the meatballs falling apart while they cook?

Salt according to Heston B.
Cant you just shape them and put them in the oven to cook aslong as you dont add too much ingredients other than the meat they should not fall apart.0 -
