Hey welcome Class it, you found the site!!!!

Very inspirational and well done for posting a lot of the questions

Ebay is certainly a changing model that is buyer rather than seller friendly.

Good luck with your sale as wel!!!!

  • You've definitely stirred up something there, class-it!
    Very nicely done :)
Everyday I am asked to be a magician, in a world where magic does not exist.
  • My offer of the £18,000 bank of bucharest cheque still stands....
  • Ive taken the auction down although it still exists - ebay hasnt removed it. Along with all those nice emails I was getting some very threatening ones as well - and lets face it, ebay know who I am and where I live.

The response I got was really overwhelming and its clear for all to see how much this has annoyed sellers - and it seems buyers as well. It would be nice to think that the listing may have done some good, but it will need millions of people to leave ebay for any good to be done - as for me, well, I'll just keep drinking cheap wine :) Now, does anyone want a laptop????!!!!!!! lol Will I ever sell this thing!

I don't sell on ebay, but the situation is ludicrous. I've been ripped off as a buyer before, and paypal were useless. The proposed changes will make the place even worse than it currently is. :(

Class-it, i'm going to be one of the first of the millions to leave ! I've got a couple of things selling on there at the moment but once they've finished, so am I !!! Stopped using Paypal a while ago now due to their extortionate fees (once charged me £1.24 for an auction that went for 99p !!!!)

Maybe we could start up a 'leave-ebay millionaires club !' - [bags No.1 millionaire] !!
