I'm still using alot of stuff out of the freezer so this week should be fairly easy.
Friday....cheese and tomato paninis with HM turkey and sweetcorn soup.
Saturday....HM roasted veg Pizza and garlic bread.
Sunday....Roast salmon fillets,(from freezer) roast potatoes, peas and butter beans in mornay sauce. HM rice pud.
Monday....Cauliflower and macaroni cheese (from freezer) with salad.
Tuesday....Spag Bol (from freezer).
Wednesday....Chicken curry and baked potato.
Thursday....Chilli (fromfreezer) for us.....Pasta bake (from freezer) for kids
Friday.....Cullen Skink (with fish from freezer) and HM herb bread.
This should all free up some space for batch cooking next weekend.0 -

I managed to stick to last weeks plan, although I took on an extra mystery shop at a pub so I didn't have to cook on thurs and have bumped fish and chips onto this weeks menu. So, from tonight:
Fri: Mystery Shop!
Sat: Mystery Shop!
Sun: I'm out with friends for lunch, hubby will have something out of freezer - prob pizza.
Beans on toast for dinner!
Mon: HM Steak pie & new pots, carrots - request from hubby.
Tues: Jackets & HM quiche (F)
Wed: Fish (F), HM chips & pies
Thurs: HM Pizza, HM dough balls, salad.
Fri: HM Potato pie (f - just needs pasty)
Sat: Chicken n black bean sauce(jar), rice/noodles0 -
Last week I had two extra days of leftovers (different!), so I moved a couple of meals to this week. For some strange reason (special offers!) my freezer is full of lamb - I need to make sure we're not eating it every day...
Everything's HM from fresh or frozen, except where noted.
Fri: guacamole w crudites, mediterranean cod w mushroom rice
Sat: L: tuna salad w baguettes (frozen);green salad, roast lamb w pots, flageolet beans (tinned)
Sun: L: out;smoked salmon w cream cheese, leftover lamb roast
Mon: pork mince fajitas (piadine) w onions, peppers, sweetcorn, cuke and yogurt
Tue: avocado/mozzarella/tomato salad, smoked mackerel pie w spinach
Wed: roast pepper salad, chicken curry w rice
Thu: spinach/rocket/goat cheese salad, lamb chops w aubergine couscousCogito, ergo sum.0 -

Mon - Cheese & Pot Pie, burgers & beans

Haven't really planned full week yet apart from next four days -the rest will be guesswork on my part as its me cooking
Friday (today) Plaice Florentine (HM by OH), courgettes, saute potatos
Saturday : Chille and rice
Sunday : Tandori Chicken,(bought one on offer) courgettes, saute potatos (not sure what other veg)
Monday: more chicken chopped and stir fried with noodles etc.
Tuesday: (my turn) sausages, tomatos, onions fried with crumbles oxo cube and mashed potatos
Wednesday: (my turn again) remainder of chicken chopped and cooked with 'chicken tonight' or tin white wine sauce -not sure which yet - and pasta
Thursday:(my turn again) rest of sausages with egg and chipsMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !
