    evening everyone

hope I'm not too late to wish the lovely jackieo a very very happy birthday :)

Hester ...... what can I say - cheers for the laugh

If you can't bear Proud Mummy Moments then look away now ...... dd11 got all her mock maths SATs results today - 100% :T :T :T :T :T
    - she is putting her mind to what she would like to do as a treat. It's quite hard actually as she really really loves maths and there aren't any maths related theme parks, museums or what have you. Today the afterschool said that I owed £31.25 from last term but I thought i was paid up. Well we puzzled and pondered it for a loooooong time and then she had a look and realised that they had charged for five days even though she goes for four days so if the treat costs less than £31.25 I will be quids in.

anyhoo must go - have a good night :)
I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 2008

    Hi Folks

Could not maximise my new found beat the Council posting rules really today as I was really busy. That will teach me to do homers yesterday!
I have recently ordered a slide scanner from Amazon and they sent two! They have also charged me for two! Went to set up last night and wrong power lead, however was able to swap with the return this morning! Will need to keep a check to make sure I get the credit. Had probs with software install too.

Scanned in two 1977 slides tonight and seems to be OK. This is a great number of years project as we have so many slides and I want to do photo albums for DS and DD as their early years photos mostly in slide format.

JackiO - very many happy returns. Your posts are an inspiration. Hope you have had a fabulous day. Kyle - you should check out Mum's posts. DH knocked her up early today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did chicken drummers in Chinese 5 spice tonight - not as good as Tai seven spice but OK!

Love and Hugs to all plus your offspring.

Happy birhtday to Master Thrift today too!

    Love and hugs to all.

PS Donna well done - keep it up sweatheart - you are doing well.

Sorry you've had such a cr*p day Blairweech. I know how you feel re. bullying. I have been bullied extensively in the past and my DD has come home today and has been bullied and hit and she is complaining of a sore back. I haven't been to see the (ringleaders')other girl's parents as they won't do anything, she seems to pretty much do as she likes. So I'm going to take it up with school as other girl was in full school uniform. A woman stopped in a car apparently and told the other girl and her mates to get off my DD. She was very upset-bless her. She is asleep on settee at mo. I will get it sorted though!!!
Anyway Blairweech, keep your chin up, if you let this pillock get to you he's won. He doesn't deserve to win. Thinking of you lots and sending you (((hugs))). Take care.
